After you subscribe:
1) We send you an email with the login details to our database system.
2) We assign you an account manager within 24 hours, who will be your point of contact for all discussions.
3) You can start uploading raw videos to the database. On our end, an editor and graphic designer starts working on the uploaded video.
4) Edited video is sent back to you within our licensed frame.io system, and you can provide feedback at the exact points where you need (you can point, circle, add comments etc).
5) Team works on the feedback, and the final video is finished.
The most efficient approach is to upload all your videos in bulk and let us do our magic. We will handle one project at a time, ensuring a steady, nonstop workflow throughout business days. This way, you can build a stockpile of edited videos and always stay ahead with ready-to-publish content.
For reels and short form content (<90 secs), our usual turnaround time is 24 hours. If the video is longer, let’s say a 10-minute video, it can be edited anywhere from 24 to 48 business hours depending on the plan.
Our estimates are based on the final edited video length and serve as general guidelines. Complex edits may take longer, while simpler projects can be completed faster. As a client, you also have the option to expedite the turnaround time.
