These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between you (the “Client”, “User”, or “You”) and BoostMore Inc., a company registered in Ontario, Canada, along with its India-based operational partner, Brolity BoostMore Private Limited, collectively referred to as “BoostMore360”, “Company”, “we”, or “us”.

We reserve the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website.

Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that all disputes shall be resolved by individual arbitration (not by jury trial or class action), as further detailed in the Governing Law section.

2. OWNERSHIP & LICENSING

All content, materials, and deliverables produced by BoostMore360 are the intellectual property of BoostMore360 until full payment is received. Upon payment, the license granted is non-exclusive, meaning we may use similar creative elements for other clients as well. It is non-transferable, meaning the Client may use the final videos for commercial or personal purposes but cannot sell or transfer them to others without our prior written approval.

We do not provide project source files (.prproj, .psd, etc.) unless otherwise agreed. The client must provide all necessary materials, including footage, logos, and branding, and it is the client’s responsibility that such materials are owned or licensed by them.

6. REVISIONS, DEMO CLIENT POLICY & DELIVERABLES

Revisions: We offer unlimited revisions to ensure you’re 100% satisfied — but with clear guidelines to ensure fairness and maintain delivery timelines.

Unlimited revisions apply within your selected plan and editing level (See Editing Levels Policy).

Revisions must stay within the original scope of the video as discussed at the start of the plan (e.g., no complete redo requests unless discussed separately).

You can request unlimited revisions, but we process one request at a time during business days.

BoostMore360 is not liable for errors in videos that are not flagged within 2 business days of delivery.

You can continue to request revisions for up to 2 business days after your plan ends. After this 2- business days window, your editing cycle will be considered closed, and no further revisions will be processed.

Demo Client policy: The Unlimited Revisions option is NOT applicable to any trial or demo offers such as ‘Try your first reel for $1’. The assigned account manager will allow up to one basic revision request, and any further revision requests for demo offers is only at the discretion of the account manager.

Deliverables: BoostMore360 strives to meet the indicative deliverables mentioned in your plan (e.g., 15 reels per month). However, the final number may vary depending on revision requests, client inputs, holidays, and project timelines.

At the start of your plan, we will work closely with you to finalize editing preferences, styles, colors, logos, and other details — so we are fully aligned from day one. We highly recommend providing most of your content early in the plan cycle, or at least steadily on a daily basis, to ensure smoother batching and maximize the number of deliverables you receive.

Early planning and timely content sharing = maximum deliverables and best results!

7. DEDICATED ACCOUNT MANAGER AND COMMUNICATION POLICY

Dedicated account manager: For some plans a dedicated account manager may be assigned after the payment. The dedicated account manager will remain the primary point of contact for project coordination, feedback management, and basic revision requests as per plan terms.

Communication Policy: To ensure smooth operations, communication with your dedicated account manager will primarily happen through the designated WhatsApp group and scheduled calls.

Unscheduled phone calls or excessive messaging outside working hours may not receive immediate responses.

We encourage batching your feedback or questions to keep communication efficient and organized.

Response time for queries is typically within 24 business hours.

To keep things smooth and efficient:

  1. a) Please share your raw files and materials on time.
    b) Keep communication within the WhatsApp group or scheduled calls for faster responses.
    c) Unscheduled calls or excessive messaging outside of working hours might delay replies.

A clear flow between you and your account manager helps us deliver high-quality work on time — exactly how you want it!

8. PROCESS FLOW & WORKING HOURS POLICY

Process Flow:

  1. A) Demo Clients For clients opting for the $1 Trial Reel, once the payment is completed, we will reach out via the provided email and phone number to schedule a short 15-minute call. During this call, we’ll understand your initial preferences — such as editing style, brand colors, logos, and overall tone.

Afterward, we’ll share a Drive link where you (the Demo Client) can upload your raw footage.

Our team will edit the reel and deliver it for review via Frame.io. Using this tool, clients can give feedback at exact points on the timeline of the video.

The assigned account manager will accommodate up to one basic revision request, as per our Demo Client policy.

Once the reel is finalized, you can easily choose and subscribe to the paid plan that best suits your needs. $1 Trial Reel offer is applicable for only one reel per client/ project.

  1. B) Active Clients: Upon choosing a paid plan, we’ll schedule a Scope Call (up to 30 minutes) to finalize all project details — your editing style, brand colors, logos, timelines, and more.
We’ll also create a dedicated WhatsApp group for smooth and organized communication with your assigned account manager.

After the Scope Call:

  1. You’ll receive a secure Drive access to upload your raw files regularly (ideally once or twice a day for consistent progress).
  2. Our editing team will work on your files as per the agreed scope and any additional instructions shared.
  3. Completed edits will be uploaded to Frame.io for your review.
  4. You can either approve the video or request a revision (one active revision cycle at a time).
  5. Meanwhile, new files can continue to be worked on simultaneously, ensuring a continuous flow of work.

Throughout the plan period:

  1. Your account manager will coordinate everything via the WhatsApp group.
  2. For select high-value plans, a senior director will also be part of the group to ensure an even smoother and faster resolution of any queries.

In this organized, efficient, and happy flow, your complete plan will be successfully delivered!

Working Hours Policy: Our Editing Team operates primarily from India, following Indian Standard Time (IST) working hours (10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST, Monday to Saturday). Therefore, editing tasks, revisions, and deliverables are processed during IST working hours only.

Our Strategy and Account Management Team works with clients across India, North America, Europe, and Australia.
We follow flexible working hours to ensure smooth coordination:

  • USA/Canada (EST): 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM EST

  • UK (BST): 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM BST

  • Germany (CEST): 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM CEST

  • Australia (AEST): 3:30 PM – 9:30 PM AEST

This allows for easy scheduling of strategic discussions, scope calls, and project meetings across multiple time zones. Please note that while strategic discussions can happen during flexible hours, actual editing work will follow IST schedules.

9. PAYMENT POLICY

All service packages — including monthly and quarterly plans — require 100% upfront payment before the project begins. This policy ensures efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and timely delivery across all services, especially where discounted pricing or complimentary services are included.

In select cases, BoostMore360 may offer custom packages with alternate payment terms (e.g., milestone-based billing), but such exceptions must be agreed upon in writing prior to project initiation.

All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless explicitly mentioned otherwise in the website, quote, invoice, or communication.

10. FEES, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Fees: All services are billed in advance according to the pricing tier selected during checkout. By making a purchase, you authorize BoostMore360 to charge your payment method for the specified amount. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment method is valid and updated to avoid service interruptions.

$1 Trial Reel: BoostMore360 offers a one-time promotional opportunity to try one professionally edited reel for $1.

Refunds: After any subscription or package is purchased, we begin resource allocation, including editor scheduling and project preparation. Due to this, we do not offer refunds once a plan is activated. You are encouraged to use the $1 trial reel to assess service quality before committing to any package.

Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel ongoing plans at any time before the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, services will remain active for the duration already paid. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days or features.

11. OWNERSHIP, TRADEMARKS & STOCK USAGE:

Ownership: Clients own all final video, image, and graphic assets created by BoostMore360 during any active subscription or paid month. However, we do not provide original working project files (e.g., .prproj, .aep, .psd, etc.). Clients are required to provide all raw content, branding assets, and script copy where applicable.

Trademarks: By submitting content, clients confirm that they have the legal rights and licenses to use the submitted text, images, logos, and branding in the final deliverables. BoostMore360 is not responsible for ensuring that client-submitted content does not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks.

Stock Usage: BoostMore360 makes use of royalty-free assets from Freepik, Pexels, Pixabay, Motion Array, Vecteezy, and similar platforms. We prioritize the use of royalty free content and avoid restricted or trademarked media. However, in select editorial or creative cases, certain images/videos (e.g., of public figures like Elon Musk, Donald Trump etc.) may be sourced from publicly available locations for fair-use purposes such as commentary, critique, or education.

By agreeing to work with BoostMore360, the Client acknowledges and agrees:

  • That some media used may be editorial in nature and not fully licensed for advertising
  • That the Client must inform us when entering into the contract for a service, if only licensed media should be used in a project

That BoostMore360 is not liable for any issues arising from the misuse of such content outside fair use contexts

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  1. Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  2. Content takedowns, copyright strikes, or monetization issues arising from editorial/fair use material
  3. Delays caused by force majeure events or third-party service outages

While we do our best to minimize any mistakes, due to the nature of creative design and video editing, we cannot guarantee all files delivered will be 100% error free. Upon file delivery, clients agree to promptly review and proof all files for any errors or omissions. Any required corrections must be reported within 2 business days. We will make reasonable efforts to correct any reported mistakes, but we are not responsible for losses, damages, or missed deadlines resulting from unreported errors.

In no event shall BoostMore360, its team, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website, services, or final deliverables—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, delays in publishing, content takedowns, demonetization, or business interruption.

Although every effort is made to ensure accuracy in our final deliverables, minor typographical, stylistic, or technical errors may occur. BoostMore360 does not warrant that all materials presented on our website or within any project are 100% accurate or current. We reserve the right to make changes, updates, or corrections at any time without notice.

Unforeseen delays may occur due to regional holidays, internet issues, editor availability, technical breakdowns, or emergency circumstances. BoostMore360 will make reasonable efforts to meet delivery expectations but will not be held liable for critical losses or disruptions caused by unexpected delays.

Where local laws prohibit certain liability waivers, the total liability of BoostMore360 will not exceed the amount paid by the client in the 2 days prior to the claim.
